Teacup "Ruri Namiji" — Japanese Porcelain by Koransha Co. Ltd.

An exquisite Japanese porcelain cup distinguished by its deep, lustrous cobalt-blue glaze and an intricate composition of traditional wave patterns and delicate plum blossom arabesques. Fine platinum detailing creates a graceful contrast against the rich blue background, while alternating ornamental panels, subtle tonal variations, and a refined metallic rim lend the design an elegant sense of rhythm and depth.

Crafted by Koransha Co. Ltd. in Arita, Japan, the Ruri Namiji design draws inspiration from the classical Nabeshima porcelain style. The repeating seigaiha wave pattern evokes continuity and tranquility, while the delicate ume karakusa motifs bring together the beauty of plum blossoms and flowing botanical ornamentation. Rendered against Koransha's signature ruri-blue glaze, the composition reflects the precision and decorative sophistication of traditional Arita porcelain.

With its gently tapered silhouette, balanced proportions, and versatile capacity, this cup is ideal for serving Japanese tea, sake, or other favourite beverages. Presented in a beautifully fabric-lined wooden box, it brings a sense of quiet luxury to everyday rituals and makes a thoughtful gift for those who appreciate timeless Japanese craftsmanship.
